Most VAs we will bring to you have already done work for us directly before we refer them. And at the very least they have completed several sample tasks to show their abilities and prove their competency.

No there is not. We are very flexible and you use them as much as you need. We just ask that you prepare your VA up front for how many hours per week you expect they will be needed, so they can be properly prepared.

Definitely not and this is one of the things that make us unique in this industry. You only pay the rate for your VA and we incur all administrative and operational costs on our end. With Best In Class, you know exactly what you’re getting and exactly what you’re paying. Pure and simple.

Yes. We participate in an initial onboarding call with you and your VA via Zoom, and you are assigned an account manager who can be looped in to any communication you have and included in any cloud folders you use, if that is something you desire.

We also do a 30-day, 90-day and 6-month check in to monitor our VA’s performance and your satisfaction levels – as well as answer any questions or respond to any requests you may have along the way.

Of course, there is no guarantee as to how any individual will ultimately perform. But we go above and beyond to properly screen our team members. We believe we have the highest standard of screening and vetting in the industry.

The majority of our VAs are from the Philippines, because that is an amazing talent pool of high end professionals who speak perfect english and can work for a much lower rate than would normally be available with U.S. based assistants. They also possess a great culture and strong work ethic.

But we work with VAs from all over the world, including countries like India, Bangladesh, Columbia, El Salvador, The Dominican Republic, Argentina, Serbia, Romania, Africa and more. If you have any special requests regarding that we are always happy to oblige.

Absolutely. If you make a request, we can connect you with someone who speaks most major (and some lesser known) languages fluently. Just let us know.

Anywhere from a few hours per week to full time or even overtime in some cases. We will never require an individual VA to work more than 40 hours per week. But many prefer to work 50 or even 60 hours per week, because they are highly motivated and want the extra income.

And if your needs should exceed what only 1 VA can provide, we are happy to explore connecting you with more than 1 of our team members.
